→October 1962 :The move to the old High School building (existing school) takes place.
→January 1963 :The Primary School hostel is opened.
→January 1967 :New section of hostel is occupied.

As one of the leading schools in the Umzinyathi District, we are committed to education which prepares children in our community holistically to be worthy, productive members of the community.

History

The Hugenote seminar for girls stood where the current school hostel is. The school opened in 1892. The school accommodated learners from Class 1 to Std 10. Until 1923 it was a girls only school and later became the first primary school in the region.
